Rehearsals will take place once every two weeks, allowing members to practice weekly and perform together. The rehearsal times and dates will depend on the year, and it will always be posted on Google Classroom. It is based on the availability of all of the members.
The location of the rehearsals will also change depending on the avaliabilty of all members. Some locations may be moved to benefit members who live farther away than others. Any location changes due to weather or any other conditions will be posted on Google Classroom and GroupMe. Expect to see all updated and current locations updated on our schedule and our weekly letter.
Absences are required to be reported. They must be contacted ahead of time digitally using our Google Forms system, posted on Google Classroom. More information can be found by clicking on our absences policy.

To ensure consistent individual practice, members must submit a 5–10 minute video or audio recording for each two-week rehearsal period via Google Classroom. Submissions do not count toward volunteer hours. Missing submissions may result in a loss of volunteer hours associated with performances.
